Masterclasses to make your team see what you already see

You see the problem, but the board and half your team don’t.
And you can’t change people’s motivation, decisions and actions if they don’t see there is a better alternative.

My masterclasses are designed specifically for that purpose.

Awareness comes first

Initiatives around Employee Advocacy, Thought Leadership or Social Selling fail for many reasons, but the most overlooked reason is the order.
The training program got booked before anyone agreed why it mattered, so the wrong people showed up, their managers never backed them, they had no tools to work with, and nothing changed after.

A masterclass ensures you build a solid foundation, because everyone is on the same page.
Everyone gets the same arguments at the same time.
Everyone understands the importance.
Everyone can make an informed decision on what to do next.

This is the first of the three layers in how I work: see it, decide it, do it. Some companies book one session and that’s enough.

The format

A typical masterclass

These are sessions that get everyone looking at the same thing, with the same insights from the same point of view, so whatever you do or invest after it has a chance to stick.

I don’t believe in one size fits all, but to give you an idea of what’s possible this is the formula I used to help hundreds of companies receive the insights they needed

Around 75 minutesOnline. On-site it runs about 90 minutes.
No participant limitA leadership team of eight or the whole company in one session. Your call.
One topic, opened upThe whole session goes to one topic, taken apart for your situation, with questions all the way through.
A 20 to 30-minute intake callSo we are aligned on your goals and the context before I develop the session.
Collateral to keepEvery session includes materials for participants they can use the same day.
Live, not recordedEveryone joins the session itself, because recordings almost never get watched.

Questions I get a lot

Dutch or English?

Both. Whichever fits the audience. For all other languages I can set you up with one of my partners.

Is this a training?

No. A masterclass is a short session that makes participants aware and see why the topic you decided on matters. Implementation and improving skills comes after but participants will receive plenty of tips, tactics and collateral to start implementing some of the learnings immediately.

What happens after the masterclass?

A masterclass is an insight. It serves as a kick-off or an update, but nothing changes if nothing follows it. So I ask every one of my clients to have their implementation steps ready before the session. You don’t need me to do them, but helping you set them up is part of my preparation.

Start with one session

Tell me where your team is stuck. If a masterclass isn’t the right start, I’ll say so.
