Insights · the see-it layer
75 minutes to make your team see what you already see
You see the problem. Half your team doesn’t, and you can’t train people who don’t see it yet. They’ll sit through the sessions, nod, and go back to how they always worked. So this is where the work usually starts: one session that gets everyone looking at the same thing, so whatever you invest in after it has a chance to stick.
Sales kick-offs · leadership offsites · company events
Why awareness comes first
When a program fails, it’s rarely the content. It’s the order. The training came before anyone agreed why it mattered, so people did the exercises and changed nothing.
A masterclass turns that order around. Everyone hears the same story at the same time: why the old approach stopped working and what that means for your team. After that session, you’re not the only one pushing anymore.
This is the first of the three layers in how I work: see it, decide it, do it. Some companies book one session and that’s enough.
The format
How a masterclass works
One session, one subject
Pick the topic that fits your challenge
Thought Leadership
For leadership teams and senior professionals.- Expertise vs thought leadership, and why the difference matters
- The three pillars: visibility, positioning, communication
- Sharing deep expertise at your audience’s level
- Practical moves to start building authority
Social Selling
For sales leaders and their teams.- How B2B buying behaviour shifted, and why the old playbook slows you down
- What social selling does to win rates, pipeline and cycle length
- Part of the sales process you already run, not extra work
- Building trust with buyers before the first conversation
Employee Advocacy
For everyone in the company, at the level that fits them.- Why active employees get more reach than the company page
- The VIBE framework: four levels, matched to capacity and motivation
- The fundamentals of a personal brand
- Why engaging takes less time than posting, and still grows your reach
Strategic Marketing
For marketing teams. Three sessions to pick from.- The algorithm: how reach gets distributed today
- Paid campaigns: what ads can and can’t do
- Employee advocacy: activating people without overwhelming them
- Pick one session, or run all three
Who books this
Commercial & sales leadership
You own the number and you can see the old playbook slowing down before your team does. One session puts everyone in front of the same facts, so you’re not the only one repeating them.
Managing partners & owners
Your firm’s reputation rests on a few senior names, and the next generation is invisible. One session makes that discussable without pointing at anyone.
Marketing & comms leaders
You pay for reach, and a handful of colleagues posting as themselves still beat the company page. This session shows the organisation why that is and what to do with it.

Questions I get a lot
Dutch or English?
Both. Whichever fits the audience.
Is this a training?
No. A masterclass makes people see why change matters. Learning the skills comes after, in the Skills layer, and it only works in that order.
What happens after the masterclass?
A masterclass is an insight. It gets change started, but nothing changes if nothing follows it. So I ask every company to have their implementation steps ready before the session. You don’t need me to do them, but helping you set them up is part of my preparation.
Start with one session
Tell me where your team is stuck. If a masterclass isn’t the right start, I’ll say so.
If my masterclass doesn’t live up to both of our standards, you get your money back.
